What is the way to increase the yield of composite bags?

After printing, compounding and curing, the composite bag finally reached the bag making link, but also exposed some problems caused by the design: pattern or text cutting, poor connection, color deviation, etc., in this link, it was found that the loss caused to the enterprise was very large, and the output could not be improved. In fact, these problems can be avoided in the design.

1. The pattern and text on the design page of the food composite bag must be 1cm away from the cutting edge to avoid being cut when cutting. Text must be a curve or outline. Do not use system words in the text. If you use it, you will have white nodes at the staggered strokes. After the text turns into a curve, note whether there are jumps or overlaps between the text or lines. Do not use overprints for black text.

The color printed on the screen or printer cannot require the design color of the food composite bag. When making, the customer must refer to the percentage of the CMYK color spectrum to determine the color fill. At the same time, it should be noted that CMYK chromatographs produced by different manufacturers are affected by factors such as materials, ink types, printing pressure, etc., and the same color block will be different.

3. For the design of the same food composite bag, the printing color of different batches will be different, and the color difference is normal within 10% (due to the different ink control each time). If you need to print old documents, in order to avoid excessive color difference, you can only refer to the digital color samples produced by the company. The color difference of different prints shall not be used as the reason for return.

4. After the food composite bag design manuscript is completed, there is no need to draw crosshairs and cutting lines. Two invisible wire frames can be used as production dimensions and pay-off, such as 92mm x 56mm, 90mm x 54mm after cutting (I. e., 1mm on each side). If special dimensions are required, they should be specified in the order and upload file.

5. The color value of the design shading or background map of the food composite bag shall not be less than 10%, so as not to appear when the finished product is printed.

In the high temperature and high humidity environment, when the high temperature cooking bag with pa1.5/al0.7/cpp11.5 structure is produced (121 ℃, sterilization for 40 minutes), the PA layer and the aluminum layer are basically not firm, the adhesive layer is flexible, the surface is adhesive, but there is no anti-sticking property.

1. The weather is high temperature and humidity, and the water vapor content in the air is high. The PA layer can absorb moisture and contain water. After gluing, it reacts with the glue and consumes part of the curing agent.

2. When preparing glue, the water and alcohol in the dilution solvent ethyl acetate exceed the standard, and some curing agents are consumed at the same time, so that the glue layer cannot be completely cross-linked and cured.

3. The surface wetting tension of nylon is low, about 44, but it is found that the bonding layer is basically transferred to the PA layer by peeling the PA layer/Al layer, while the Al layer is basically not bonded, indicating that the surface wetting tension of the PA layer can meet the requirements of the composite material.

4. The gluing amount is insufficient (dry basis), the working fluid concentration is 28%, although the mesh roller is 100 mesh, it has a long service time, the mesh depth is close to 120 mesh, and the gluing amount is about 3.49g g. The dry basis content should be greater than 4G.

5. The residual grease on the surface of the aluminum foil will cause the adhesion to decrease.

6. The compound speed is fast, the compound drying channel temperature is low, the air volume is small, and the body is short.

Solvent volatilization is not complete, the solvent cannot be completely volatilized (unit time) after winding is mature, the residual solvent is too much, the residual solvent is in the adhesive layer, and the swelling reduces the fastness and adhesion of the adhesive layer.
