1. Problem: The zipper does not fit the sealed part of the bag body when making the self-supporting zipper bag; When making the bag, the zipper and the body part are delaminated.

Reason: the heat shrinkage of the zipper itself is greater than the heat shrinkage of the composite film; the melting point of the zipper itself is greater than or equal to the melting point of the heat sealing film.

2. Problem: "tunnel" and "wrinkles" appear at the intersection of the two ends of the zipper and the hemming seal; there is "delamination" at the intersection of the two ends of the zipper and the hemming seal ".

Reason: heat seal design is unreasonable, not commonly used. The local heat seal indenter design is unreasonable; the heat resistance of the ink layer is insufficient.

3. Problem: The size design of the self-supporting zipper bag is unreasonable and cannot be three-dimensional;

Reason: The ratio of length to bottom to width must be normal and conform to the product form produced by our company, such as long strip type and wide narrow type.

4. Problem: The use of the inner material or improper thickness will also make the self-supporting zipper bag unable to stand on its own or uncoordinated and beautiful.

Reason: If there is a temperature requirement, it is necessary to choose a high-temperature resistant material; if there is a pH requirement, it is also necessary to carefully choose a material; if there is a weight requirement, the thickness and shape should be thick and narrow.

In addition to the above four points, the self-supporting zipper bag has the following reasons and solutions:

1. The sealing part between the zipper and the bag body is uneven;

2. Local delamination occurs at the seal of zipper and bag body;

3. There are "dead folds" on both sides of the zipper and the intersection of the hemming seal ";

4. Partial delamination will occur on both sides of the zipper and the part where the hemming seal intersects.

The reasons for the above four kinds of problems are:

1. The heat shrinkage of the zipper itself exceeds that of the composite plastic film;

2. The melting point of the zipper itself is greater than or equal to the melting point of the plastic film of the heat seal layer;

3. The fastener cross section on the zipper is too large;

4. The design scheme of the heat sealing rod on the zipper bag making machine is unscientific, and it is recommended to use ultrasonic heat sealing equipment;

5. Some heat seal tension design is not scientific (too small);

6. Ultrasonic heat sealing equipment power or working pressure is insufficient;

7. The ink layer temperature resistance is not enough;

8. Silicone pad strength is not suitable.
