Solution: The stepper drive is faulty, or the rubber roller is stuck at the connection with the stepper motor. Check and repair the stepper driver in time, and connect the rubber roller with the stepper motor.

4. Self-supporting zipper bag making machine photoelectric tracking is not accurate.

Processing method:

(1) If the adjustment method and working state of the photo eye are not selected correctly, adjust correctly according to the instructions.

(2) The error between the preset film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) and the actual bag making size is too large, and it is necessary to reset the line making length or adjust the pressure and adjustment device.

(3) If the membrane resistance is too large or the product quality of the previous process is poor, check and replace the material.

5. The self-supporting zipper bag making machine has low discharge speed or does not work properly.

Processing method:

(1) If the eye position switch has poor contact or the cam angle is poor, it should be adjusted or replaced.

(2) The thyristor or rectifier of the discharge speed control circuit board is faulty and should be repaired or replaced.
