Types of self-supporting zipper bags

Ziplex bag refers to a free-standing zipper bag that does not use any tools. There are clip chain self-sealing bags, self-adhesive self-sealing bags, etc.

Commonly used materials are PE, EVA, pet, composite bags, etc.

There are many types of self-adhesive sealed bags that use a single sheet of film to cross-cut and fold, heat seal on both sides, and then glue on one side of the bag. Commonly used materials include OPP self-adhesive, express bag (multi-layer co-extruded film), PP, PVC, etc.

The commonly used production materials for free-standing zipper bags are mainly PE polyethylene, PP polypropylene, PS polystyrene, etc. Different materials have different characteristics and should be selected according to the characteristics of the food itself.

Polyethylene: mainly composed of polyethylene resin, adding a small amount of lubricants, aging agents and other additives. Polyethylene is an odorless, non-toxic, Milky White waxy solid. Production of packaging bag surface gloss and transparency is not high, good plasticity.

2. Strong chemical stability: no reaction with acid and alkali at room temperature, but poor oil resistance.

3. Mechanical properties: good tensile strength, tear strength and flexibility.

4. High temperature resistance, low temperature resistance: good low temperature resistance, can be used for food refrigeration, but poor high temperature resistance, can not be high temperature cooking.

5. Health and safety: in line with food safety standards, direct contact with food.

Self-supporting zipper bag PP polypropylene: the main component is polypropylene resin, with high gloss and transparency. Heat sealing performance is worse than PE, but better than other plastic materials.
